About Course:
This self-employment generating program provides in-depth knowledge of the fundamental principles of Diet (Ahar) and Nutrition from both Ayurvedic and modern perspectives. The curriculum includes hands-on training in the assessment of individual constitutions (Prakruti), digestive fire (Agni), strength (Bala), suitability (Satmayta), and pulse examination (Nadi). Students will learn to design therapeutic diet plans to address conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and hypertension, enabling them to establish their own Ayurveda Diet and Nutrition Clinic.
