About Course:
This course is designed to generate self-employment opportunities by providing foundational knowledge and hands-on training in Ayurvedic cosmetology. - 2.4Importance of Dinacarya (Daily Routine) and Ritucarya (Seasonal Routine).
- Module 3: Herbs for Beauty and Management of Common Ailments (70 Hours)3

- 4.1Skin Care: Cleansing/Toning based on Prakriti, Abyangam (Body Massage), Udwarthana (Body Scrub), Ksheeradhara, Njavarakizhi, Herbal steam.
- 4.2Hair Care: Head massage, Sirodhara, Thakradhara, Sirolepa (Herbal head pack), Herbal Fumigation.
- 4.3Face Care: Mukhabhyangam (Face massage), Herbal Facial, Mukhalepana (Facepack), Acne and Blemish Management.
- 4.4Eye & Mouth Care: Netradhara (Eye wash), Anjana, Pindi, Vidalaka. Kavala/Gandoosha (Herbal gargles).
